Human Resources Coordinator

Join the People team! The Exsilio Human Resources Coordinator will help drive the success of our HR department by performing high value administrative tasks, planning company events, and acting as the liaison between the Human Resource department and high value vendors.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Process Bi-weekly employee payroll, utilizing ADP Workforce Now.
  • Work with management to reconcile all Time off requests, approve Non-Exempt timecards.
  • Ensure smooth employee transition into Direct Deposit
  • Work with Benefits broker to keep Exsilio in compliance with Benefit companies.
  • Reconcile all employee benefit offerings on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy.
  • Responsible for leading the effort in all Morale events & community Service events. Work with employees to gauge interest in what they want to do!
  • Manage HR vendor relationships. Work with different vendors to ensure compliance, satisfaction of employees.
  • Be a SME of all of Exsilio’s HR policies. Know the handbook back to front! And be able to explain everything to employees.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of prior Human Resources Administration responsibilities
  • Advanced user of ADP Workforce Now
  • Experience facilitating employee health exchange open enrollment process
  • Basic knowledge of Federal & State employment laws
  • Passion for DETAILS and GETTING TASKS DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!

  • Salesforce
  • Enjoy working in a technology focused organization
  • Ability to complete job related tasks with minimal supervision
